She was predeceased by: her father John Harrison Rodgers. She is survived by: her children, Kandace Gibbs of Greenville, John C. Smith of Williamston, Jennifer Gomez of Greenville and Joshua Gibbs of Greenville; her grandchildren, Aayliah Velazquez, Jazzleena Velazquez and Alexius Contreras (Carlos Alejandro); and her sister Teresa Tapia (Juan).
