He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnnie Merrion Clark and Margie Paramore Clark; his wife Kathy Warner Clark; and his grandson Justin Bryce Clark. He is survived by: his sons, Johnnie Douglas "JD" Clark, Jr. (Marsha) and Donnie "Eugene" Clark (Tammie); and his grandchildren, Cadin, Kayla, Dylan and Shane Clark. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
