He was predeceased by: his brother Al Kolibabek. He is survived by: his wife Mary Kolibabek; his children, Donna Kolibabek, Joe Kolibabek, Angie Kolibabek and Steve Kolibabek; his grandson Ryan Kolibabek; and his brother Bill Kolibabek.
