Woolard (Brad) of Washington; his grandchildren, Rodney Garrett Fulcher, Brigette Julia Fulcher, Ashlynn Miranda Woolard and Braxton Lee Woolard; his nephew John Fulcher (Ashley) of Jefferson, NH; and his caregiver Shelia Simmons.
