We are sad to announce that on September 5, 2020, at the age of 82, John Harden Foote (Washington, North Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harden John Foote and Medolia Denis-Foote; and his siblings, Ronnie Foote, Rose F. Simmons, Peggy F. Freeman and Vickie Zajdel.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Foote; his children, Donna Roach of Washington, Brenda Ward (Larry) of Bear Grass, Robin Leneave (Bobby) of Greenville, Margaret Smith (Greg) of Kinston and Michael of Vanceboro; his grandchildren, Candace Summerlin, Lane Ward (Lauren), Nikki Kurtz, Courtney Brinkley (Travis), Jordan Leneave, Lauren Beal (Doug), Daniel Harris and Spencer Harris; his brother-in-law Zip Zajdel; and his nieces and nephews, Ronnie Zajdel (Kristin), Eddie Zajdel (Kristen), Garrett Freeman (Sonya), Pam Simmons (Joe Suprik) and Kelly Swagler (Jim). He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
