She was predeceased by: her father John Henry. She is survived by: her children, Denise Lee (Lee Ott) of Raleigh and Sam N. Lee III (Mindy Lee) of Raleigh; her grandsons, Harrison and Coleman Lee of Raleigh; her sister Ann Rawles; her niece Deborah Richardson of Titusville, FL.; and her pet Baxley.
