It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan R. Page of Washington, North Carolina, born in Newport News, Virginia, who passed away on June 17, 2023, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, William Elbert Rogers and Ella Faye Rogerson Rogers. She is survived by: her son Donnie Page of Washington; and her sisters, Vicky Rogers, Cathy Schumacher of Bear Grass and Susie Rogers Drake of Bear Grass.
