She was predeceased by: her parents, W. C. Perry and Dorothy Perry. She is survived by: her husband Vance A. Bell Jr.; her daughter Vanessa Bell Cox of Raleigh; her son-in-law Eric; her son Vance A. Bell III; her daughter-in-law Sara; and her grandchildren, Ruth Bell, Belle Cox and John Bell. She is also survived by brother-in-law and sister-in-law and their spouses and several nieces and nephews.
