She was predeceased by: her parents, Linyear Mayo Wallace and Fidelia Woolard Wallace; her daughter Christina Renee Mathis; and her siblings, Josh Wallace, L. M. Wallace and Mary Oller.
She is survived by: her son Richard Thomas Whitley (Patti) of Grimesland; and her brothers, Homer Wallace, Lem Wallace and Merrill Wallace. She is also survived by five grandchildren and one step grandchild.
