With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Janet S. Ingalls of Washington, North Carolina, who passed away on December 8, 2023 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Frederick Silverthorne and Florence Smith Silverthorne; her sons, Wayne and Tony Ingalls; her grandson Charles Williams; and her siblings, Roy Silverthorne and Joyce Ann Winstead.
She is survived by: her daughter Tammy Ingalls LaVictoire (Robert) of Washington. She is also survived by five grandchildren.
