She is survived by: her mother Beatrice O'Neal Emmert (Phil); her sons, Joseph Lee Rowe of Aurora and Jacob Lee Rowe of Ahoskie; her brothers, Dana Silverthorne of Washington and Silver Jean Silverthorne of Washington; her niece Natlie S. Woolard; and her nephew Dalton Silverthorne.
