He is survived by: his wife Paula Knox Adams of Washington; his children, Carly Renee Adams and Justin Lee Adams; his mother Lavern Mclawhorn Adams of Washington; and his siblings, Jennifer Ratcliff (Sandy) of Washington, David Adams of Washington and Austin Hardee of Ayden.
