He is survived by: his sisters, Linda Gail Massie of Washington and Judy Norman Toler (Dalton) of Washington; his sister-in-law Sherry McKenzie (Max) of Virginia Beach, Virginia.; his family, Nancy Brickhouse, Melinda Hazelwood and Pam Cox; and his caregiver Philetta Holland.
