He is survived by: his wife Jeanne Gilbert; his daughters, Janet Macones (Patrick) of California, Sheila Burgdorf of Oregon and Nancy Gilbert of Washington State; his sister Diania Koehler (Marty) of Florida; and also, Michael Hardy (Landon) of Mocksville, Bill Cheatham of New Jersey, Uncle, Jack Gilbert (Jewell) of Illinois and Several. He is also survived by grandchildren, 2 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
