He was predeceased by: his father Paul Alvin Keel. He is survived by: his mother Jean R. Lewis of Chocowinity; and his siblings, Randy Keel of Chocowinity, Sue Keel Smith (Randy) of Chocowinity, Jeanene Keel Matkins (John) of Washington and Shelley Lewis Melton (Ted) of Harrisburg, N. C.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
