She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Edward Warren and Lida Woolard; her husband Nelson Curtis Johnson; her daughter Zelma C. Samos; her siblings, Joseph Warren, John Henry Warren, Wiley Wilson Warren and Lilian Smith; and her pet Benji.
She is survived by: her daughter Carol C. Willard (Samuel) of Washington; her grandchild Shawn Jackson; her great grandchild Emily Jackson; and her sisters, Pasty W. Boyd (Rufus) of Washington and Darlaine W. Cieszko (Malcolm) of Washington.
