He was predeceased by: his parents, Ofers Mobley and Bessie Alexander Mobley; his former wife Neva Pearl Eaton; his stepchildren, William Lawrence Lewis and Teresa Eaton Cobb; and his sisters, Frances Donato, Lib Manning, Bernice Evans and Melba Roebuck.
He is survived by: his wife Teresa Fuller Lewis; his children, Alton Ward Mobley of Jacksonville, FL and Betty Carolyn Mobley of Grifton; his stepchildren, Kay White (Larry) of Washington and Jason C. Lewis (Nicole) of Washington; and his siblings, Jimmy of Williamston, Roger Mobley of Williamston, Ruth Manning of Williamston and Genevie Branch of Greenville.
In lieu of flowers the family kindly asks that memorial contributions be made to Washington Assembly of God, Children's Ministries, 2029 West 5th Street, Washington, NC 27889.
