She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Garvey Everette and Hilda Whitley Everette; and her husband William Wallace Respess. She is survived by: her children, Wallace Respess (Evette), Keith Respess (Sally), Martha Morris (Donnie) and Robin Haddock (Dickie). She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandchild, and many cousins, nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Paul Funeral Home - Washington (900 John Small Ave, Washington, NC 27889). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
