He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Churchill Perry and Annie Laurie Manning Perry; and his daughter Laurie Ann Perry Cullop. He is survived by: his wife Lois Y. Cutler; his children, Herbert "Allen" Perry, Jr. (Sandra) of Washington and Tricia Stowe (Lentz) of Washington; his son-in-law C. Pete Cullop of Ward, Colorado; his grandchildren, Matthew Allen Perry (Georgia) of Washington, Tommy P. Cullop (Michele) of Ft. Collins, Kelly P. Brady (Adam) of Lillington, N. C., Stephen P. Cullop of Longmont, Hayley B. Stowe of St. Louis and Erin C. Stowe of Washington; his great grandchildren, Brycen Allen Perry, Norah M. Brady, Leah M. Cayton-Braddock, Madison B. Cayton and Nathaniel T. Braddock; and his cousins, Joffre Fisher of Raleigh and Ray Manning of Mt. Pleasant, S. C..
