He is survived by: his wife Carol Sue Smith; his children, Blair Elizabeth Stowe of Washington and Gray Thomas Stowe of Denver, CO.; his brother William Lentz Stowe (Patricia Perry Stowe) of Washington; his nieces, Dr. Hayley Beacher Stowe of St. Louis, MO and Erin Cutler Stowe of Greensboro, N. C.; and his uncle Steve Toler (Mary Litchfield Toler) of Washington.
