He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Grey Bryan Kornegay Sr. and Dorothy Kornegay (Reich). He is survived by: his wife Cathee Kornegay of Washington, NC; his stepdaughters, Camie Turner of Ypsilanti, MI and Calie Anderson of Algonquin; his brothers, John Kornegay (Cheryl) and Frank Kornegay (Janet); his grandchildren, Hunter, Hailey Turner, Landon and Harrison Sylvia; and his nephew Eric Kornegay (Meghan).
