She was predeceased by: her husband John Lombardi; and her siblings, Carl Farber, Betty Stauffer, May Bush, Ethel Hamel, Beverley Shoemaker of Altoona, PA and Edna Barwis of Baltimore, MD..
She is survived by: her children, Cyndi Bowen (Lee) of Washington Park, John Lombardi Jr. (Juana) of Mechanicsville, VA and George Lombardi (Patricia) of Front Royal, VA.; and her grandchildren, Christopher Bowen, Beau Bowen, Dylan Bowen and Eric Lombardi.
