She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Edward Elks and Sophia Geneva Hodges Elks; her husband William Robert "Cookie" Jones; her sons, Robert Gregory Jones and Charlie Edward Jones (Ed); and her siblings, Juanita Cox, James P. Elks and Jerry L. Elks.
She is survived by: her son William Bradley Jones (Brenda) of Greenville; her brother Bobby L. Elks (Margaret) of Archdale, N. C.; and her sister-in-law Sandra Elks of Winterville. She is also survived by six grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; 11 great great grandchildren.
