She was predeceased by: her parents, Kasper Charles Smith and Irene Dover Smith; her husband Philip Nepper; her brothers, Tony, Buddy and Dickie Smith; and her son Timothy Walker.
She is survived by: her children, Gerald "Sandy" Perry, Shelia W. Davis, Sherrie W. Thigpen (David) and Debbie Florence; her grandchildren, Brent, Crystal Webb, Van, Heather Webb, Ricky Davis, Chris Davis, Holli W. Matthews (Michael), Blair Walker and Timothy Walker; and her great grandchildren, Will, Travis, Ryan, Brady, Josh, Carley of Zoie, JJ, Chris, Chase, Chandler, Camden, Aubrey and Kegan.
