He is survived by: his wife Betty "Marie" Poston; his children, Tina Leggett of Washington, Thomas Leggett (Barbara Hopkins Leggett) of Yorktown, VA and Karen Evans (Scott) of Jamesville, N. C.; his grandchildren, Justin Hodges (Christina), Sydney Hodges Ziegler (Brian), Heather Leggett Hiller (Chris), Chris Leggett, Brandon Leggett (Brittany), Alex Leggett and Dawson Evans; and his great grandchildren, Taylor Hodges, Natalie Hodges, Charlotte Hiller and Callan Hiller.
