He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Rayfield Sullivan and Hilda Waters Sullivan of Virginia; his daughter Pamela Sullivan Stokes; his grandson Aaron Schock; his brothers, William E. Sullivan and Leonard H. Sullivan; and his sisters-in-law, Pat Sullivan and Lou Sullivan.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Isoline Tuten; his daughter Karen Sue Sullivan (Larry Schock) of Pinetown; his son-in-law Mac Stokes of Greenville; his siblings, Ray Sullivan (Dora) of Washington, Sybil Leary (Curtis) of Cary and Anna Cox (Wayne) of Washington; and his grandchildren, Hannah Schock (Candida) of Neptune, NJ, Charlie Stokes (Holton) of New Bern and Linden Stokes of Boone.
In lieu of flowers the family kindly asks that memorial contributions be made to the charity of one's choice.
