He was predeceased by: his wife Edith Tennant Richards. He is survived by: his children, Sara Moore (Wayne), Frank Richards, Jr. (Kriste), Greg Richards (Phyllis) and David Richards (Jamie); and his grandchildren, Eryn Moore, Daniel Moore (Jessica), Frank Richards III, Brandon Richards (Carolina), Dana Benham (Jamie), Chad Richards (Meagan), Kaitlyn Cutler (Dylan) and Courtney Richards. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
