It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Frank C. Winstead Jr. (Washington, North Carolina), who passed away on July 31, 2020, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Charles Winstead, Sr. and Irene Parker Winstead; and his sisters, Bonnie Cline, Cathy Chamberlayne and JoAnn Winstead.
He is survived by: his siblings, Chris Winstead, Stacy Winstead, Shannon Medina, Cathy Jo Ball and Jannie Winstead; his children, Michelle Gardner (Bill), Charles Winstead (Beth) and Dustin Winstead (Natalie); his grandchildren, Brittany, Caroline, Susan Gardner, Grace Harrell, Carson, Madison and Hudson Winstead; and his great grandchild Aubrey Harrell.
