He is survived by: his wife Suzanne Bender Maurizzio; his brother Vito (Amy); and his children, Amy Beth (Ed), John Francis (Tawanna), Daniel Richard (Lisa) and Jason Paul (Renae). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, and 6 great grandchildren.
