She is survived by: her husband Tom Martin of Belhaven; her sons, Harold Carter, Jr. and Gary Carter (Melissa); her stepdaughter Pam (Kevin); her grandchildren, Lisa, Helena (Thomas), Buddy, Kevin, Kelly and Natalie; her stepgranddaughter Carmen; and her great grandchildren, Aimee, Vivian and Jason. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and extended family.
