She was loved and cherished by many people including: her father Miguel Arturo Cabra; her husband Alfred Ray Waters (S. Air Force); her sons, Marshall Wayne Waters (Betty) of New Bern and Glenn Waters (Angie) of Red Oak; her brother Anthony Peters of England; and her grandchildren, Curtis Patrick Waters, Sarah Colleen Price (Robin), Heather Dawn Waters, Travis Sherrod (Taylor) and Bradley Sherrod. She was also cherished by six great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family kindly asks that memorial contributions be made to the charity of one's choice.
