She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin Franklin Howard and Adelaide Jones Bailey Howard; and her brother Benjamin Franklin Howard. She is survived by: her daughters, Susan Keech Ayers (Bobby Lee Ayers) of Washington and Ashlea Dees Juarez (Rigoberto) of Washington; and her grandchildren, Stephanie LeAnne Keech, Seth Michael Keech, Angela Elizabeth Morales, Charles Alexander Abarca, Marisela Isabel Abarca and Sophia Isabella Juarez.
