She is survived by: her parent Sally Goff Morgan; her children, David Lee Gaskins (Rita) of New Bern, James "Robert" Gaskins (Pam) of Bridgeton, Richard Gaskins, Jr. of Washington, NC and Frances Ann Miller (Gerald) of Kinston; and her brother Willliam "Pup" Morgan of New Bern.
