She is survived by: her husband Charles "Sandy" Castleberry; her children, Jason Castleberry of Durham and Melissa Nava (Marco); her grandchildren, Elio of Washington State, Amapola of Washington State and Azucena (Zu) of Washington State; her brother Philip Mohn (Wanda); and her nieces, Crystal, Ashley and Evelyn Castleberry.
