He is survived by: his sons, Joey Pinkham (Kathy) of Washington and Troy Pinkham (Valinda); his grandchildren, Cody Pinkham and Lee Pinkham; and his sisters, Donnie Ruth Pinkham Woolard and Mary Pinkham.
