He was predeceased by: his brother William "Billy" Latham. He is survived by: his wife Daisy Carol Woolard Latham; his daughters, Linda Latham Hamilton (Jeff) of Wilson and Paula Latham Kennedy of Washington; and his grandsons, Brad Hamilton of Raleigh, Ryan Kennedy (Logan) of Williamston and Ross Kennedy of Williamston.
