We are sad to announce that on July 14, 2020, at the age of 65, Douglas Earl Cutler of Washington, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Edmond Earl Cutler (Ann Cutler). He is survived by: his mother Doris Tetterton Cutler; his sisters, Janet Cutler (Al Woolard), Anne Davenport (Charlie) and Sharon Amick (Thomas); his stepsons, Matt Rogers (Deanna D'Amore), Alex Rogers (Paula) and Forrest Rogers (Courtney); his niece Jennifer; and his nephews, Brandon, Bradley and Chad. He is also survived by seven step grandchildren.
