She was predeceased by: her parents, Robbie Buck and Thelma D. Coward Buck. She is survived by: her husband James Allen Toler, Sr.; and her sons, James Allen Toler, Jr. (Lynell) of Washington and Robert E. Toler (Peggy) of Washington. She is also survived by three grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, and two great great grandchildren.
