He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Lee of Washington and Reba Faye Griffin of Washington. He is survived by: his wife Betty; his children, Kevin Paul of Washington, NC, Donna Lee Leggett of Wilmington, NC and Diane Marie Modlin of Bear Grass, NC; and his sister Nancy Sparks of Williamston. He is also survived by 8 Grandchildren and 1 Great Grandchild.
