He was predeceased by: his son Michael Todd Woolard; and his siblings, Larry Woolard, Argie O'Neal and Janice McKeel. He is survived by: his spouse Ann Respess; his children, Lisa Woolard Margeson (Mike) of Maryville, TN and Troy Allen Woolard, Sr. (Julie) of Washington; his grandchildren, Macy Arnold, Cecil Alligood, Ashley Margeson, Rhys Margeson, Allen Woolard, Taylor Woolard, Macey Prochilo and Heather Dawn Woolard; and his siblings, Linwood Earl Woolard (Joyce), Alta Jones (Larry), Francine Webster, Wanda Galaway (Jim), Dora Eaton and Darlene Elks (Clyde). He is also survived by eighteen nieces and nephews, and his faithful furry friend.
