He is survived by: his children, Allie Jean Woolard, Samantha Barnes (Michael) of Blounts Creek and Don "Auston" Woolard of New Orleans, LA; his grandson Mason; his half-sister Janet Cook (Bill); his aunt Sharon Lynn Rathbun (Rod) of Washington; his uncle Danny Woolard of Washington; his cousin Daniel Woolard (Brittany); his uncle Terry Woolard (Rita) of Atlanta, Georgia; his cousin Jessica Kulp (Joe); and also, Tia Lynn, Jessie Ray of Bath, Grayson, Layla, Evan and Olivia of Georgia.
