He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Cloutier and Alice Cloutier; his brother Charles Cloutier; and his brother-in-law Mil Dube. He is survived by: his wife Marilou; his daughter Kim; his granddaughter Emily of Kentucky; his son Marc; and his daughter-in-law Amanda of Florida.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 20th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Paul Funeral Home - Washington (900 John Small Ave, Washington, NC 27889). A memorial service will be held on Friday, March 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Peter Catholic Church (2700 E 4th St, Greenville, NC 27858).
