He was predeceased by: his father Chester Theodor Czuchra. He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Sue Rook; his children, Tabitha Czuchra (Jason Edwards) of Washington, Erik Czuchra of Goldsboro and Madison Czuchra of Siler City; his grandsons, Alyas Williams and Eli Edwards; and his siblings-in-law, Judy Schmidt (John), Deborah Bryant (Mark), Sheryl Waddingham (Daryl) and Kelvin Rook.
