She was predeceased by: her husband Jackie Kent Paul; and her father William Henry Silverthorne. She is survived by: her mother Dera Woolard Silverthorne; her children, Penny Paul, Kent Paul and Jason Paul; her grandchildren, Jacklynn Paul, Justin Jones, Nathan Jones and Nasir Lawrence; her great grandchild Noah Jones; and her siblings, Vernon Silverthorne, Kay Plice and Niki Woolard. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
