He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Boarts and Virginia Lee Goodrick Boarts; his wife Ruby Carol Paul Moore; his children, William Boarts (Michelle) of Grover City, PA. and Beverly Boarts of Matthews, N. C.; his grandchildren, Alex, Meghan and Zachary; and his sister Lynda Shreve (John) of Sun City, S. C..
