He was predeceased by: his parents, Oliver Martin and Leona Myrtle Hardesty Martin; his son John Oliver Martin; and his brother Gary Pepper Martin. He is survived by: his wife Ann Elizabeth Tetterton; his children, Darrell W. Martin, Jr. of Waco, TX and Beth M. Boyd (Danny) of Washington; his siblings, David Briley (Sharon) of Minneapolis, MN and Rosemary McPheron of Lima, OH; his sister-in-law Ann Martin Ezell of Pedal, MS; and also Ann. He is also survived by six grandchildren; one great grandchild and several nieces and nephews.
