It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Daisy Yvonne Midyette of Washington, North Carolina, born in Farmville, North Carolina, who passed away on August 29, 2021, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Willaim "Bill" Whitley and Leona Drake Whitley; her stepfather Ben Walston; her stepsister Zarelda Walston Fambrough; and her stepson Ronnie Midyette.
She is survived by: her husband Edward Glenn Midyette; her children, Debbie Woolard (Chubby) of Washington, NC, Kathy "Midyette" Melton of Washington, NC, Dee May (Lloyd) of Washington, NC and Cindy Wallace (Octavus); and her stepson William Midyette (Billy) of Pinetown, NC. She is also survived by two granddaughters, two grandsons, three great granddaughters and one great grandson.
