It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Cynthia Elks Crisp of Washington, North Carolina, born in Beaufort, North Carolina, who passed away on December 14, 2020, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband William Bernis "Bernie" Crisp, Jr.. She is survived by: her son William B. Crisp III of Chocowinity; her siblings, William "Bill" Elks, Jr. (Sandra) of Chandler, NC, Renee Elks Young (Lewis) of Washington and Suzanne Elks Moore of Washington; her grandson Ethan Allen Crisp; her nieces, Ginny Boyer, Catherine Suzanne Moore and Maddy Young; her nephew Graham Young; her great-nephews, Ollie and Jack Boyer; and her pets, Harry and Cooper.
Due to the covid pandemic a private memorial service for family will be held at a later date.
