It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cynthia Cutler Douglas (Washington, North Carolina), who passed away on July 5, 2022, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Edward Earl Cutler; and her stepfather Tommy Alligood. She is survived by: her husband Timothy "Timmy" Douglas; her children, Austin Douglas (Maecy) of Washington, NC and Chelsea Blackburn (Issaiah) of Washington, NC; her mother Shirley Alligood of Washington, NC; her mother-in-law Vernell Douglas; her sister Julie Woolard (Troy) of Washington, NC; and her grandchildren, Garrett Hudson, Hugh Douglas and Sadie Blackburn.
