He was predeceased by: his mother Rebecca Jo Moore. He is survived by: his spouse Austyn Lynn Padilla; his father Bonificio Nieto, Sr. of Chihuahua; his child Aubrey Rebecca Moses of Washington; his siblings, Clifton Moses (Tavia) of Leland, Bonifacio Nieto, Jr. (Samantha Romero) of Goldsboro, Michael Nieto (Chelsey) of Laurel, IN and Jessica Murray (Josh) of Laurel, IN; his parent-in-law Michael Padilla of Chocowinity; his grandmother Charlotte Moore of Washington; his aunt Beverly Wilkerson of Washington; his uncle Max Wilkerson of Washington; and also, Chihuahua Mexico, Patricia Padilla of Chocowinity, Derek Wilkerson, Scott Wilkerson and Kayce Waters.
